Reduced fees will be applicable until the 31 July 2009. Registration can be performed online or by down-loading a registration form from the congress website and mailing or faxing to the organisers.

All applications should be accompanied by payment of the full registration fee, either using credit card or bank transfer.

Registration fee for participants includes:

  • access to scientific and exhibition areas and sessions,
  • congress bag, abstract book and scientific programme,
  • welcome reception,
  • gala dinner,
  • light lunch and coffee breaks during congress days.

  • welcome reception,
  • gala dinner,
  • half-day city tour

CANCELLATION

Cancellation of registration will be acknowledged only if made by written notification sent to the conference secretariat by fax or post. No cancellations will be accepted after 15 September 2009 although requests for change of name will be accepted (€25 fee). Refunds will be issued after the congress less an cancellation fee (15% until 15 August  2009; 25% after 15 August 2009).


ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Your registration will be acknowledged in writing with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. No registration requests will be confirmed until payment has been cashed. Your acknowledgement letter will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival. You will not receive any further correspondence before the conference.
